Kern Margarita Championship 2022 Cancelled

WE ARE NOT BACK!

We are sad to announce that the 4TH ANNUAL Kern Margarita Championship has been cancelled due to the impact of COVID on restaurant staffing!
While many of our past participates did sign up - many where unable due to staffing shortages, the continued effects of COVID on the industry and population.  We do hope to see everyone next year!

Manuel's Casa De Mariscos

Manuel's is the 2021 peoples choice award by a long shot.  Their award winning drink is of course available for dine in service.  As the current champion they have already announced they will defend thier title!

Kern Rugby Association

Once again the Kern County Rugby Club has volunteered to help local cancer patients by sending team members to assisting in various staffing positions.

 The "Tuskers" have also formalized their charity outreach with the creation of the Kern County Rugby Association.  We all look forward to their upcoming activities and know there will be great times for a great cause.  If you have not seen rugby in action you can find information on their main website or Facebook page with practices and home games listed in the calendar section.  The team is currently playing 7's (think fast paced and high scoring) with 15's (the big guys) coming soon.  The club also has started a womens team which will sure to be exciting.

We believe it is fair to say EVERYONE had a great time.  The atmosphere was like a giant party with great music, great food, and incredible drinks.  A special thanks to all of the competitors who provided not only their drinks and food but their amazing staff who made this event.
